Overview
In short: Clear DeskFlow's storage or uninstall the app to delete everything on your phone. If you bought Premium, email us to delete your purchase record. Google keeps its own records of Google Play purchases.

Delete DeskFlow's data on your phone
Option A: keep the app, erase its data
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Tap Apps (on some phones, “Apps & notifications” or “Applications”).
- Find and tap DeskFlow.
- Tap Storage (or “Storage & cache”).
- Tap Clear data (or “Clear storage”) and confirm.
Option B: uninstall the app
Touch and hold the DeskFlow icon and tap Uninstall, or in the Google Play app tap your profile picture, then Manage apps & device → Manage → DeskFlow → Uninstall.
What's deleted: your settings, work schedules, goals, daily logs, achievements and preferences, the Health Connect daily totals, your rewarded-video progress and unlocks, and the local copy of your Premium status. This can't be undone: we don't have a copy.
Uninstalling doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (how). If Google backup is on, Android may restore your data when you reinstall DeskFlow; see step 2.
Delete the copy in your Android backup
If backup by Google is on, Android may keep an encrypted copy of DeskFlow's data in your Google account. We can't access it, but you can control it:
- To stop future backups, turn off backup on your phone (for example Settings → Google → Backup; the path varies by phone).
- To delete existing backups, manage them in your Google account (for example in Google One or Google Drive, under Backups). Deleting a phone's backup removes the backup of all apps on that phone, not just DeskFlow.

Stop Health Connect access
- In DeskFlow, open Settings → Watch & health and tap Stop using health data. DeskFlow stops reading Health Connect right away.
- To revoke the permissions as well, tap Manage permissions in Health Connect, or open Health Connect yourself: on Android 14 and later it's in your phone's settings (search for “Health Connect”); on Android 13 and earlier, open the Health Connect app.
- Go to App permissions → DeskFlow and turn off Allow all (or turn off Steps and Sleep).
DeskFlow never writes anything to Health Connect, so there's nothing from DeskFlow to delete there. The steps and sleep stored in Health Connect come from your watch, your fitness apps and Health Connect itself. To delete the daily totals DeskFlow saved, follow step 1. Reset or delete your advertising ID
- Android 12 and later: go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and tap Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID. On some phones it's under Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Security & privacy → More privacy settings → Ads.
- Android 11 and earlier: go to Settings → Google → Ads, tap Reset advertising ID and turn on Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Privacy Sandbox: in Android's ad privacy settings, you can turn off ad topics, app-suggested ads and ad measurement.
- In DeskFlow: Settings → Ad privacy lets you change or withdraw your consent where Google's consent message applies.
For data Google has already collected through ads, use Google's tools: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, My Ad Center and the Google Privacy Policy.
Ask us to delete your purchase record (Premium only)
If you bought Premium, RevenueCat keeps a purchase record linked to an anonymous ID generated by the app. We can only find it with your Google Play order number.
- Find your order number. It starts with “GPA.” and appears in your Google Play receipt email, or in the Google Play app under your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Email kuantis.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my DeskFlow purchase record” and your order number.
- We'll delete the record from RevenueCat and confirm by email within 30 days.
Deleting the record doesn't cancel billing, so cancel any active subscription in Google Play first. If you later tap Restore purchases, a new anonymous record is created from Google Play's records. On request, we'll also delete your emails with us, except what the law requires us to keep.
What is kept and why
In short: Google keeps its own purchase and ad records under its policies, and we keep sales reports only as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Google Play purchase history: Google keeps records of your orders (purchases, renewals and refunds) as the payment processor, under its own privacy policy, including for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons. We can't delete them. You can see them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Sales reports: Google Play gives us sales and payout reports (for example order number, product, price, date and country) that we must keep for accounting and tax purposes for the period the law requires. They don't include your card details.
- Ad data held by Google: controlled by Google under its retention policies. Use the tools in step 4.
- Correspondence: if you write to us, we keep your emails only as long as needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
